Netscape has stopped working (Windows 7)

I have a new Windows 7 PC with Netscape 7.0 and Java 6 Update 17 installed. After using Netscape Composer with no problems for about a week, I suddenly get “Netscape has stopped working, Windows is looking for a solution” msgs when I try to run it. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling, no change. I rebooted, no change. Can anyone help? I use this app a lot.
