netsupport DNA

Hi all, in our organization we have some problem in the last days, with a pop up who perceives the “netsupport DNA trial version is up to date” on the client. Someone know if it’s a virus or spyware alert??
I’ve looking on google and I’ve found that the program with the same name exist, but nobody has installed it.
