Netware 4.11 reporting wrong drive space

I am running Netware 4.11 on an HP Netserver LH3. I have 3 18.2 gig SCSI drives running Raid 5. Sys volume reports ok at 4 gig, but Vol1 reports 147 gig total, w/ 113 gig available. Virtual Sizing is turned on on the controller. Any ideas???
