Netware 5 logging itself as admin ?

I have a Netware 5 server that is running groupwise 5.5. Every 23 seconds on the prompt screen I get the time then Dir login cn.admin.myserver then time Dir login Userid .admin.myserver? Besides being annoying the other problem is that when you lookat the files in Win9x explorer it flashes the screen when it is doing its login thing any ideas?
