Netware Client32 Boot nDisk For Dos/Win

I am trying to create a dos boot disk to connect my note books to the network, but it keeps hanging at file server not found. So can some one show me an example net.cfg, startnet.bat, config.sys, and autoexec.bat files configurations for this project.
