Netware vs. W2K

Can anyone offer a comparision or white paper that compares Netware 5 and the upcoming windows 2000 server. I am currently running Novell 4.11 and am looking at an upgrade and would normally go to NW 5 but I am unsure if I need to consider Win 2000 Server?? HELP!!
