Network Adapter Issue

Hey Guys ,

I am using Window 7 professional 32 bit on my laptop. Suddenly all of my network adapter stops working.When i checked in device manager , these network drivers were showing a yellow error sign & code 31.Following steps i have used for to troubleshoot this but no result.

Steps :

1.updated these drivers but the latest version is already installed.
2.disabled these drivers & enabled again.
3.have tried to install new driver for the same but still not working.
4.Also checked with Lan but it also not detecting any Lan network because windows cant load drivers properly.

Anyone please help me out. Thanks.
