network and usb port

Good day, I recently bought a secondhand motherboard that I am encountering a problem with the network and usb port (witch is one port) that it does not work when I start windows, at first I thought it was the port self and then later on discovered it works fine when I am in the BOIS of the motherboard, it only does not work when I start windows. If anyone can come back to me about this problem, I would much appreciate it. Thanks and have a great day.
