Network Design

I have seven offices in a building with on
average 50 users each. They all have separate
LAN’s but now needs to be joined in WAN via
fiber. High Speed access is required in the WAN.
What hardware and software equipment is recommended to link theLAN’s and provide
security for the individual offices?
