Network Drives Disappear

I read a similar thread earlier but some of my networked drives seem to disappear when a user logs in. All other networked drives show up but their personal storage drives are not appearing. I currently have this in the login.bat general file:

H:”\\servername\users\%username%”

Most of the users on this server can see their personal storage drive. Help!
