Network Monitoring only for Trunk Ports

Hi Sir/ Madam,
Someone please tell me how to configure SNMP in such a case I get alarms only if trunk ports are down and not access ports , and if Error DIsable state occurs for access ports it should come up as alarm. I dont need anyother snmp options
