Network Path Not Found, but workstation

I have a system that, when viewed in Server Manger appears dimmed, and cannot be reached. However, the system has run fine on the network (shrares files, email works, prints, etc.). I can ping it, but if I try to reach it via server manager or network neighborhood, it replys “network path not found”. I need to share a printer on the network that this machine uses locally, and it will not let me. What to do?
