Network Search Utility

For legal purposes, we need to find a utility that will perform a search across our entire network. We need to search for specific keywords included inside of documents. We are mostly a Microsoft shop so most of the search would be Word, Excel, Access, etc files.

Anyone have any apps they could recommend for this task?
