Network Security

Dear All,

I’m using a dialup to connect to the internet using a pc (WinXP)as a gateway for my network and i activate the builtin firewall of the WinXP, is that enough to protect my network or i need to install CISCO firewall, such as PIX515.

Alot of friends advice me not to install it because dial up system is very slow and when you install this firewall (CSICO) it will be a miss.

Please advice
