New file download at login.

A client using Netware 3.12 (3.2) and WIN95/98 workstations has a need to download several files from the server to their workstation. An example might be a revised internal email address file.

However I’m reluctant to simply download every fileat download unless it is a newer copy of a file already on the workstation. Is there some way to compare the two file creation dates and execute the file transfer only when it is justified by a later date?

I would like to do this in the login script.
