New Gigabyte 3060 OC freezing windows 10 on boot

I recently bought a new Gigabyte RTX 3060 OC and installed it today, I installed the drivers before installing the GPU into the PC. Every time I try to boot my pc I get to the log in screen for windows 10 and it freezes I have no idea what is happening here, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 650watt PSU,
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
