New Network Question?

I have added to network, but have not setup a new network.

-Small office situation, ran the cable, connected switch panel using 568A instead of 568B. VoIP. I always had supplies from other jobs. My patch cable is 568B of course. I ordered a new patch panel because I think I need to redo everything 568B. Is that correct? So far I only wired 12 so it would not be bad to start over. What are your thoughts ?
