New way of connecting to internet

I want to be able to connect to the internet without paying a phone company for phone service or paying a cable company for cable service. so my plan is to rip apart a cell phone and plug it into my modem and somehow use it to connect to the internet without paying a cent. so I think my best bet is to find a schematic design of a cell phone. where can I get one? or how do I accomplish this task of free dialing service?
