NLSLSP.NLM error

I am getting this message every couple of minutes, “NLSLSP.NLM: Unable to write license info to NDS. Please check “[Root]” partition synchronization status.” How do you fix NDS synchronization or check it? Note: I’m not 100% positive but this mayhave started after I ran DSREPAIR.
