no connections available after replacing Toshiba motherboard

Here is my issue

I have replaced motherboard on Toshiba l455 and when it boots up to windows the wireless card shows no connections available

The Lan works but wireless does not; trouble shooter finds no issues and control panel shows card being recognized; I deleted the driver and removed card and reinstalled and still issue; took working card out of new laptop and same issue; card from the rebuilt machine works in other laptop where new card was taken out

Any ideas?? Did I forget to hook something up??
