No WEB Pages with Dialup

Running windows 98se. If I connect with a broadband connection I get web pages, if I connect with dialup no web pages. Other programs run either way, yahoo messenger, msn messenger. Any ideas? I have reset winsock, uninstalled/reinstalled dialup networking and network components.
