No Zones Mac OS X

We are having a problem where clients that
have updated to 10.2 or any OS X version are
unable to see zones on our network. We
have 2 locations where one site is using
DHCP and the other has static IP’s and their
main configuration uses DHCP. Any of our 9.x
clients are able to see the zones. When at the
other location, we reconfigured them to have
manually entered IP addresses and all of our
DNS, gateway info. etc but are still unable to
pick up any zones here. We have checked to
make sure appletalk is active and have tried
setting up new locations, but can’t seem to
figure out the problem. Any help would be
appreciated!!!!
