Norton a realy bad antivirous program

I just changed from Norton and did a full scan it showed that i had 2010 virus when i had Norton and it scanned a total of 2118050 files now i have 2 programs nothing i know of can get past them i recommend those 2 and they are MalwareBytes Anti-Malware and Microsoft windows malicious software removal tool
