Not able to Open few PDF files on IE

I’m not able to open a specific pdf file from a site but when I try opening this from my other system it does open this pdf. I can save the pdf and open it but not on the browser. The configuration on both the box are same, I tried uninstalling the adobe and reinstalling it but that did not helped. Any help will be appreciated.
