NT AUTHORITY SYSTEM

I have a sony vaio lap top that starts up and then it automatically goes into a shutdown giving me the following error “program error C:\windows\system32\services.exe status code 128 system will shutdown initiated by NT AUTHORITY.SYSTEM”. Also the system will come up in safe mode. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
p.s. are the following part of the o/s or are they
foreign programs; “axwin, msbb, wo, 180ax, Jrx”.
