NT Network Boot Disk

I am getting an ‘error 8: there is not enough memory available’ when using the nw installation boot disk created with the network client administrator. I have edited the config.sys file and loaded emm386 but same error. Can I get some help with thisand also the unattended installation for multiple nt workstations.
