NT permission problem

I am looking for a way of being able to run a batch file which requires administrative permissions during the boot process, however this needs to be done when a user (without admin permissions) logs on. Is there somewhere, possibly the registry thatcan run a batch file during the boot process but before permissions for the user are set.

Any ideas welcome
