NT SERVER 4.0 INSTALLATION

It’s been a long time since I actually had to install NT Server 4.0 on a new machine and now I need a little help. I am setting up server on a new HP Vectra 800mhz with a 30gig harddrive and have had a brainfart. Can’t seem to get the installationto work. After fdisk and setting up partitions to max of 4gig using win98 startup disk I realized that NT cannot recognize FAT32 and need to start over. What do I have to do to partition my harddrive and have NT recognize it for installation
