Nt stuck in reboot loop

I have a dell poweredge 2200 server with NT 40. I just updated the bios to Version A07. I rebooted and everything was fine. Now I installed Pc anywhere 11.0. It installed fine and said I need to reboot to complete the installation. I click ok and it reboots. The server is booting up, loading nt loader, then the screen goes blue (not the death screen) and says MS windows NT version 4.0 sp6 1 system processor. Now at this point a few periods in a row should slowly appear then The win nt screen shows. well I get a few periods and then the system reboots. It is stuck in this loop… Help
