Nt4 and Exchange 5.5

The administrator password was used for the installation of Exchange 5.5 on a NT 4.0 box. The administrator pasword was changed. On logingin to the Exchange application, withing the configuration box, the permission tab, several options do not appear. This is still the case even after reinstating the password to the original.

All the tab setting are not there.

Any way around this.
