ntbackup problem plse help me fast

dear all
i have win2000 advanced server.with latest update.latest servise pack .but i am not able to take back up (system state, erd etc.).when i start ntbackup .click on back wizard . but on screen back media 0r file name option dosent shown on screen (where the back will be saved ).when i select and click on start backup.there is nothing happen.when i click on another option in ntbackup then ntbackup screen disaapered.thats why i am not able to backup .plse help me my cell no is 09322746730
