I have an end user that has created standard word documents in word 97. She has not used any auto inserts etc. The documents opened, displayed and printed without errors for some time and then suddenly are displaying random errors that appear when printed as follows:

Normal(Actual word insert that she didn’t type)

Microsoft word 8.0
Name of document
_Pid_Guid

These lines are randomly displayed throughout various documents. This was my first visit to this client, her NAV’s are up to date and scans are run weekly. The os is win95.
Any thoughts, random or otherwise? I’ve found nothing related in Microsofts site (yet).
