Office 2003

MS Office Access cant start the wizard, builder or add-in. This error message comes up when I try to do an input mask for a field in my database.
If I follow the instructions in the message it all seems to be OK.
A repair or reinstall of Office 2003 does’nt alter the situation.
The MS office 2003 site also does’nt help.
Anybody else come up with this problem??
