Office 2003 User Welcome

How do I get rid of the welcome screen/user identification (the one that asks for your name and intials) in office 2003. We have roaming profiles and it appears everytime you use office for the first time, regardless as to whether you have used that machine before? We are using 2000 clients and 2000 server
