Office Products acting weird

Hi,
when i open Outlook 2003, the font size automatically increases, when i move my cursor to From or To field the font size decreses and vanishes. the same thing happens with Excel 2003 also, the font and cells increase too much which i cant read.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance
