OHotfix.exe Application Error

I am installation Windows updates through manual install using CD. I created a batch file to install all the updates, halfway through the installation, an OHotfix.exe Application Error pops out. “The instruction at “0x7750c8fd” referenced memory at 0x0288e118″. The memory could not be read.”

Strange thing is some PC have no problem with the updates

Please advise.
