One NIC to have multiple(switching) TCP/

I have a laptop that I want connected to the Internet at both work (LAN) and home (DSL). In order to do that I have to MANUALLY update TCP/IP settings (DNS, IP address, WINS Server) every time I move between work and home.

Is there any way to automate this process?
