One-Way Transfer from Outlook to Palm?

A user asked me about transferring her Outlook 2000 Calendar contents to her Palm without the bidirectional syncing that Intellisync does. She doesn’t want her Palm (personal) data calendar going to her Outlook work calendar where other people can view that she will be going to yoga at 9pm for example!

It seems that this should be a nobrainer option somewhere but I cannot find out how to get rid of the bidirectional arrows. If Intellisync doesn’t offer this option, is there a software somebody can recommend?
