Opening a folder from Web Page link

I can open a folder from a webpage link in a new window using href=”R:\Docs” target=”_blank”>Docs

The new window opens with the default Large Icon View setting.

How can I make the Folder View Preferences (window properties) for the new window open in Details View and show only let’s say, Name, Title, Size, Date & Owner columns?
