Opening Windows Explorer

I open Windows Explorer many times a day and each time it open at My Documents. I don’t use this folder so I have to click up levels to the C:\ drive and then the folder I want.

What are the steps I need to make to set up My Computer or Windows Explorer so it opens on the folder I want?
