Optimizing Server Performance for AI-Based Apps

I’m currently managing a project to promote an AI-based dating app. One of the challenges is optimizing server performance to handle real-time AI suggestions and user interactions. Has anyone worked on similar projects? Any advice on managing scalability with minimal downtime?
