Os dianostics

I am working on a PC whose hard drive got damage and alerted it should be changed. I manage to get another hard drive which is in a working condition and installed it into the machine, but each time the drive starts to load the OS the system goes off and start to load again. I’m a kind of lost could you help me out? I’m new to the forum anyway.
If there is any other information need I can provide it as well.
