Outlook 2003

My Outlook is delivering multiple copies of the same emails into my different inbox. Also, the program will not store information created in the “create a rule” section. For example, I create a rule about a trusted sender about where to deliver the incoming message, but then the nect time the same sender send an email I have to do it all over again. I think my Outlook may be corrupted but unsure how to solve the problem. Any help would be appreciated.
