Outlook 2003/Exchange 2003

Is there a way to extract email addresses from the Inbox folder of Outlook 2003 without opening each email individually? Perhaps a script or maybe some Outlook feature…

A user has over 50,000 emails but does not have those email addresses anywhere else. Deleting an email would also delete the contact for her.
