Outlook 2003 Out of Office Error

Hi there,

Certain users in our environment are receiving an error when trying to set an out of office reply. “changes to the rule cannot be saved” Turning off cached mode is a workaround but I am after a fix for this problem We are in a Citrix environment where users do not have the problem, however fat client users do. Can anyone shed some light on a FIX please?
