Outlook 2003 will only open in Safe mode

When I try to open Outlook 2003 a Microsoft box appears telling me there was an error bwhen it opened the previous time and whether I won’t to notify Microsoft of this error. Regardless of whether I say yes or no to this I can then only open Outlook in Safe mode. Are there any suggestions of how I can fix this? I’ve tried reisnatlling Office with no luck!
