Outlook 2007

hello all,

I have a user who is experiencing the following issue.

We run an auto archive and the program completes the archiving moves data from the mailbox to the archive folder and then displays an error “error while archiving folder “inbox” in store “mailbox – “username”. some items cannot be copied. they were either moved or deleted, or access was denied.

I’ve started a new archive and confirmed that the data was being moved. I’ve created a new outlook profile and received the same error. I’ve run a detect and repair on the office and outlook installations.

does anyone have any other suggustions.
