Outlook 2007 Calender Adding Feilds to Appointment

I’m trying to add some fields to the standard (untitled) appointment when you try to make a new appointment.

I have tried Tools/Forms/Design a Form/Standard Forms Library/Appointment
and can get into the Developers Tab and see the Appointment and the Tab for All Fields, yet I cannot add any fields to the Appointment Tab.

Any ideas please.
