Outlook 2007 ‘Change Calendar Time Zone” Message

Hopefully someone can help me with this annoying little problem. We are running Outlook 2007 on Windows 7. Occasionally new users will recveive a popup saying

“A Change to ‘(UTC-05:00) Easter Time (US & Canada)’ has occurred. Appointments, meeting, and reminders will be updated to reflect this change.

For meeting you organized, an e-mail update will be sent to the attendees. The update ensures that the meeting appears at the correct time.”

This messgae is followed by a “Outlook out of memory” message.

We set all of you laptops up using Eastern Time (US). So why is it changing? And is there anyway to fix the issue so the users are not recieving this message. It is not for all users, but a handful of the last several months. And always new setups.

Any thoughts?
