Outlook 2007 DocsOpen Attachments

In Outlook 2007, when attaching a DocsOpen document to an e-mail I get several popup boxes about To: static, From: static, CC: static, etc. This ends up not attaching the document most times, but sometimes it will allow me to attached the document. I can’t figure out what these popups are for or how to get rid of them. Please help.
